1. Introduction

Welcome to SSC Intelligence, a product of TwelveOFive AI. By accessing or using our platform at any of our published domains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

SSC Intelligence is an AI-powered preparation and mock analysis platform designed for SSC (Staff Selection Commission) exam aspirants. The platform allows users to submit mock test results, receive AI-generated performance analysis, track progress, and access personalized revision suggestions. The service is provided on a subscription basis with both free and premium tiers.

3. User Accounts

To use SSC Intelligence, you must create an account through our authentication system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Terms

Free Plan: Users on the free plan may submit up to 3 mock test analyses per week. The weekly counter resets every Monday at 00:00 (server time). Free plan users receive basic AI explanations and basic dashboard insights.

Premium Plan (₹99/month): Premium subscribers receive unlimited mock test analyses, full AI feedback and explanations, detailed performance insights, priority revision suggestions, and advanced progress tracking. The subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically unless cancelled.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent mock test data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform
• Share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to use your account
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the AI-generated content without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' experience

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SSC Intelligence — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI-generated analysis, and software — are owned by TwelveOFive AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the AI-generated feedback for your personal study purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

SSC Intelligence is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TwelveOFive AI does not guarantee that the AI-generated analysis will be error-free, that the platform will be uninterrupted, or that the study recommendations will lead to specific exam results. In no event shall TwelveOFive AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
