Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription:

Upon cancellation, your Premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan with its standard limitations (3 mock analyses per week).
2. Refund Policy
General Policy: Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access provided upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments already processed.
Exceptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges due to a technical error
- Charges made after a cancellation request was submitted
- Service was significantly unavailable during the billing period
- Unauthorized charges on your payment method
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date. To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
3. Subscription Renewal
Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate (currently ₹99/month) unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will charge the payment method on file at the time of renewal. If your payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription may be downgraded to the Free plan.
4. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we change the price of the Premium plan, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The new price will apply to your next billing cycle after the notification period. If you do not agree with the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
5. Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no cost and does not require a payment method. Free plan users can use the platform with standard limitations (3 mock analyses per week, basic AI feedback). There is no commitment or obligation associated with the Free plan, and you can upgrade to Premium at any time.
